Know what's on every truck. Every day.

FieldStock tracks every part from the warehouse shelf to the truck to the job. Your crew scans a QR label with the phone already in their pocket, and your counts stay right.

Known issues / Field report

Sound familiar?

Talk to any shop running inventory on memory and whiteboards and the same three problems come up.

Issue 01 / Truck stock

The truck rolls without the part

A tech drives forty minutes to a job, opens the bin, and the capacitor he swore was there is gone. Now the customer waits while he runs to the supply house.

Issue 02 / Shrinkage

Material walks off with no trail

Parts leave the shop in coat pockets and milk crates. At the end of the month nobody can say which job used what, or where the difference went.

Issue 03 / Reorders

Reordering runs on guesswork

You find out the refrigerant is gone when a tech calls from a roof. Then the order happens in a panic, at whatever price the counter quotes you.

Product tour / Sheets 02-05

Every part scanned, from the dock to the job

One QR label on every bin and every truck door. The phone camera does the rest.

  3. 03Every delivery on file
Step 01 / Receive

Receive it right at the dock

Deliveries get scanned in against the vendor and PO, with a photo of the packing slip if you want one. Warehouse counts update the second the boxes hit the shelf.

  • QR labels printed straight from your catalog
  • Packing slip photos attached to every delivery
  • Bin locations, so the new guy finds parts fast

  3. 03One tap when it’s ready
Step 02 / Load

Load the truck to its template

Each truck type gets a loadout template. The shop scans items on, shortages get flagged before the truck leaves, and the warehouse count drops as the shelf empties.

  • Templates for service, install, and maintenance rigs
  • Shortage flags before the truck leaves the yard
  • A QR code on every truck door for one-tap access

Step 03 / Use

Log materials where the work happens

Techs scan parts as they use them, right at the unit. The job gets a live materials total and a running clock, so billing works from receipts instead of memory.

  • Time on site tracked with one tap
  • Per-job material costs in real time
  • Works on any phone, nothing to install

Step 04 / Reorder

Reorder before the shelf is empty

Set a threshold once and FieldStock watches it for you. When stock dips, the right person gets an alert with the vendor, the lead time, and what the reorder will cost.

  • Email alerts to whoever does the buying
  • Reorder quantities and cost estimated for you
  • Snooze, resolve, or bulk reorder in two clicks
Operating diagram / Detail A

One loop, four scans

FieldStock follows material through the loop it already travels in your shop. It just writes everything down along the way.

Station 01

Receive

Scan deliveries in at the dock, packing slip and all.

Station 02

Load

Stock each truck to its template before it rolls.

Station 03

Use

Techs log parts at the job with the phone in their pocket.

Station 04

Reorder

Restock from alerts, not panic runs to the counter.

Station 04 feeds station 01. The loop closes itself.

Access control / Three seats

Everyone sees their lane, nobody wades through clutter

One login per person. FieldStock shows each role exactly what their day needs and nothing else.

Seat / Owner

The whole board

Dashboard, fleet status, job costs, alerts, and reports. The shape of the business at a glance.

Reports / As built

Numbers your accountant will actually believe

Every report is built from the scan history, so it reflects what happened, not what somebody remembered at the end of the month.

  • Cost and margin on every job
  • Truck spend, week by week
  • Warehouse turnover and slow movers
  • Spend by category, so you see where the money goes
  • CSV export on everything
