Terms of service

These terms govern your use of FieldStock, the inventory tracking service for field service companies operated by ANT Technologies. By creating an account, you agree to them. We kept them as short and as plain as we could.

What FieldStock is

FieldStock is web based software that tracks inventory and materials from your warehouse to your trucks to your jobs. It includes QR receiving, truck loadout, job material logging, low stock alerts, and reports, and it runs in the browser on the phones and computers you already own. We improve it continuously, which means features may change over time, though we will not quietly remove things you rely on.

Accounts and acceptable use

You need an account to use FieldStock. You agree to:

• Give us accurate account and billing information.
• Keep your sign in credentials private, and make sure your team does the same.
• Take responsibility for what the people on your account do in the service.

And you agree not to:

• Use FieldStock for anything illegal.
• Resell access, share one subscription across separate companies, or scrape the service.
• Probe, overload, or interfere with the service or with other customers' data.

If something on this list happens, we will reach out first when we reasonably can. Serious or repeated violations can end the account.

Billing

FieldStock costs $99 per month plus $20 per truck per month. Annual billing is $990 per year plus $200 per truck per year, which works out to two months free. It is one plan with everything included: no per user fees, and unlimited team members. Upcoming AI features will be included at no extra cost for founding customers when they ship.

There is no contract. Monthly plans run month to month, and annual plans can be cancelled anytime too. When you cancel a monthly plan, you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. When you cancel an annual plan, we refund the full unused months remaining, pro rata.

If your card fails, we will retry and email you before anything gets interrupted.

Your data stays yours

Everything you put into FieldStock belongs to you. You can export any report, or your full records, to CSV at any time. You give us only the limited permission we need to host, back up, and display your data in order to run the service. We do not use it for anything else, and our privacy policy explains how we protect it.

Service availability

We take reliability seriously. FieldStock runs on Google Cloud, we monitor it around the clock, and we design changes to ship without downtime. That said, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Software breaks sometimes, networks fail, and maintenance occasionally requires a pause. When something goes wrong, we will tell you what happened and when it will be fixed.

Limitation of liability

In plain language: FieldStock is a tool for tracking inventory, and you remain responsible for running your business. The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, missed jobs, or the cost of a truck that rolled without the right part. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Termination

You can stop using FieldStock and cancel at any time. We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or does not pay, and we will give notice and a chance to fix the problem unless the violation is severe. After termination, you will have a window to export your data before we delete it, as described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in Texas courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows. If we make a material change, we will email the account owner before it takes effect. Continuing to use FieldStock after that means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, you can cancel and we will honor the refund terms above.
